Details of Role

Responsible for handling the gold loan business operations including assessment of jewellery, processing of loans, tracking of loan repayments, follow up, prompt collection of EMIs, collection of arrears in Gold loan accounts etc

Key Responsibility Areas:-
1)Financial:-
- Achieving Disbursement and collection targets assigned for Gold loans.
- Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability.

2) Customer & Market :-
- Ensuring high levels of customer experience.
- Prompt follow-up with customers for regular repayment of Gold loans.

3) Process and Operations
- Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines with respect to the Gold loan process and Policy
- Strict compliance with the code of conduct.

4) Learning & Development
- Continuous learning and Certification on various topics assigned with respect of the responsibilities assigned

Qualifications and Experience:-
1) Educational Qualification - Graduation
2) Prior Experience - Three to Five years in handling Gold Loan business operations in Gold loan companies/ NBFCs.
3) Domain knowledge - Deep knowledge of Gold loan products, Guidelines and Processes.
4) Language skills - English, Hindi, Kannada.
5) Age- 25 to 30 years - Reliable for candidates with higher experience.
6) IT skills- Basic IT skills - Microsoft Office

3. Domain knowledge
- Deep knowledge of Reatil loan products, Guidelines and Processes

4. Language skills
- English, Hindi, Kannada

5. Age
- 40 to 50 years - relaxable in case of highly experienced candidates

6. IT skills
